The Gang's All Here!

Well, it WAS. It was very exciting to have Jake return home safely to us from Peru. Such a great day. We were all together under the same roof for a few months. He is now off to Idaho where he is attending BYUI. He loves it. We miss him.

Everyone says to enjoy your children because they grow up so fast. We always believed people who said it; but it is a completely different experience to UNDERSTAND. Travis will graduate in 2010, Ashlyn in 2011 and Levi in 2013. One by one they will be off to bigger and better things. This is what we raised them to do and don't get us wrong, there is a huge part of Mark and I that is doing a happy dance. It is the other side of our brain that will miss the incessant piano playing, singing, wrestling, whining, homework, arguements over the bathroom, tuesday night chaos as we get them to the church, dishnights, phone calls, choir concerts, laundry, sleep overs, laughter, tears, late night discussions, and all of the many things that make our family.
